The patient is a 34-year-old female with Fitzpatrick Type 4 skin, who had been experiencing acne and rosacea for the past 12 years. Her primary concerns were frequent breakouts and excessive oiliness of the skin.

The “before” picture was captured on the day when she ceased taking oral antibiotics, while the “after” picture was taken two weeks later.

Positive changes observed include:

  1. Reduction in redness and breakouts
  2. Diminished oiliness
  3. Decreased pore size

The female patient, aged 64 and classified as Fitzpatrick Type 2, sought treatment for multiple skin concerns. Her chief complaints included wrinkles, rough texture, lackluster appearance, uneven skin tone, age spots, crow’s feet, and under-eye circles. To address these issues, she followed a daily skincare routine that involved using Lavender Creamy Cleanser, Lipid Drops, AHA Marine Crème, and Ultra Firming Eye, twice a day.

A comparison of before and after photos, taken six weeks apart, revealed notable improvements in her skin:

  1. Enhanced luminosity: The patient’s skin exhibited an increased radiance and brightness.
  2. Reduction in the appearance of wrinkles: The visible signs of wrinkles were noticeably diminished.
  3. Evening of skin tone: The patient experienced a more uniform and balanced skin tone.
  4. Decreased redness: The redness in the patient’s skin showed a noticeable reduction.
  5. Improved eye contour: The patient’s under-eye area and crow’s feet demonstrated visible improvement, resulting in a more refined eye contour.

The patient, a 48-year-old woman with Fitzpatrick Type 2 skin, presented with several concerns, including a dull complexion, deepening nasolabial creases, fine lines, and facial redness diagnosed as mild rosacea. Her medical history revealed allergies to various environmental factors and allergic rhinitis.

Upon physical examination, the patient’s complaints were confirmed, and mild dyschromia (skin discoloration) was also observed. Initially, the patient was prescribed Salicylic Face & Body Wash and C-Stem®. However, during a follow-up visit after two weeks, she reported mild irritation from using C-Stem® twice a day, resulting in a change to once a day application. At this point, the patient began using Vita Soothe in conjunction with C-Stem® twice a day and incorporated Daily Replenishing SPF 30+ into her morning routine. Fortunately, the patient experienced no adverse reactions to this regimen.

Before and after photos were taken with an 8-week interval, revealing the following improvements:

  • Enhanced skin texture and a more even skin tone
  • Reduced visibility of fine lines and creases, especially in the nasolabial area

This female patient, aged 52 and classified as Fitzpatrick Type 2, has a smoking history of over 40 pack years. She sought medical attention due to concerns about wrinkling, loss of firmness, and crow’s feet. Prior to the before photo, she had been following a skincare routine consisting of Chamomile Cleanser, Vita Soothe, and Ultra Firming Marine. As part of her treatment, she was prescribed C-Stem® to be applied twice a day.

The before and after photos were taken 12 weeks apart, and the following improvements were observed:

  1. Increased skin firmness
  2. Reduction in the appearance of wrinkles
  3. Decrease in the visibility of crow’s feet
